Terms of use of the site and terms of sale for Medicabos products.
Acceptance
By browsing medicabos.com or requesting a quote, you accept these terms. The site is operated by MEDICABOS (RFC MED2112016R3), with its address at Av. Jorge Álvarez del Castillo 1164, Col. Catalog and quotes
The site is an informational catalog. Images are for illustration purposes and may vary in color, packaging, or presentation. A purchase is formalized through a written quote (WhatsApp or email) confirming the product, price, stock availability, payment method, and delivery.
Precios
Prices are expressed in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include VAT (IVA), unless otherwise indicated. Prices and availability are confirmed in the quote. If an evident error in a price or description is detected, the customer will be informed before the sale is formalized.
Pagos
Available payment methods are indicated in the quote. The order is confirmed upon receipt of the corresponding payment or purchase order. Interest-free monthly installments with Mercado Pago apply only to the products indicated.
Invoicing
An electronic invoice (CFDI, Mexican e-invoice) is issued with the tax information provided when the purchase is formalized. To request an invoice or correct information, write to ventas@medicabos.com within the same month as the purchase. Your invoices can also be viewed in the “My invoices” section of the customer portal.
Products for professional use
Some products are intended for healthcare professionals or require medical supervision. Their use is the responsibility of the purchaser, in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and applicable health regulations. Medicabos does not sell medications that require a prescription unless the prescription is presented.
Medicamentos
This section is for informational purposes only: medications are not sold online. They are sold only with a valid medical prescription, subject to availability and to applicable health regulations. Images are for illustration purposes. Consult your physician.
Shipping, returns, and warranties

Propiedad intelectual
The site design, the Medicabos logo and logomark, original text, and the photographs and banners marked with “medicabos.com” are the property of Medicabos and may not be reproduced without authorization.
Manufacturer and supplier content
Some product images, technical data sheets, and descriptions are provided by the manufacturers or suppliers of each item, or come from their public materials, and are the property of their respective owners. They are displayed for informational and illustrative purposes only, to identify the products that Medicabos sells. If you own any content and would like it modified or removed, write to us at ventas@medicabos.com and we will address it promptly.
Third-party trademarks
The trademarks, trade names, and manufacturer logos that appear on the site are the property of their respective owners. They are mentioned for descriptive purposes only, to identify the authentic products that Medicabos sells, acquired through legitimate channels. Their use does not imply sponsorship, affiliation, or authorized distribution, unless expressly indicated. If you own a trademark and would like any reference to be modified or removed, write to us at ventas@medicabos.com and we will address your request promptly.
